Joomla 1.6 Finally Released (Beta Version only)

Joomla 1.6 is finally here! Well, at least the beta version of it is out.

Joomlas' official release of the updated CMS platform on Monday gave webmasters and developers access to the latest updates and features in the award winning Joomla! Content Management System. Besides updated and streamlined semantic xhtml sitemap functions, user-friendly extension updates, Joomla! 1.6 has some cool new features that caught our attention!

Joomla's new Access Control System gives webmasters even more control over exactly what content can be seen by different user levels, effectively protecting your private or paid content from prying (and unauthorized) eyes.
