According to the Search volume index, Joomla and Wordpress are the two top contenders in the marketplace for content management for social networking and blogging community platforms. So there are a couple considerations when you are trying to decide which to use and perhaps you may even want to use both. For robust social communities sites or ecommerce Joomla by far is going to serve you better as a framework and platform form growing your business. With some of the advanced integrations with CRBM systems like info@hand there is really nothing else on the market that can compete with these total business management, social networking and ecommerce capabilities. Joomla has over 4600 extensions and a huge development community supporting it. On the other hand if you are a content creator or blogger and less interested in the integrations and extensibility you are definitely going to want to give Wordpress consideration.

When you look at Google trends for searches on info@hand it is relatively invisible when compared with other similar software solutions. However, as you will see with a closer look this “CRBM Platform” it has more features, greater extensibility and a much lower cost of ownership.

Today I want to talk a bit about usability, accessibility and where Joomla fits into this. A few months back we started to see more municipalities posting RFP’s so we put out a brief report with some information about ADA/508 Accessibility. While there are lots of good web links and books on the market this is still an area many developers shy away from since it requires a significant amount of discipline while you are developing the site and extra training for your customers on how to interact and perhaps manage content in it.
There is also a lot of additional testing that eats up time in your development process and this can frustrate even those with the strongest will for perfection. Since we focus now exclusively on developing our CMS sites in Joomla, I wanted to make sure we not only could support this better than our competition but also offer information to help our customers understand the additional steps required for implementing this capability into their sites. You are more than welcome to contact me and I will send you our ADA/508 Compliance report. I welcome andy input and debate since these documents are always a work in progress. Another great resource would be to check out; Joomla! Accessibility A quick guide to creating accessible websites with Joomla! Author: Joshue O Connor Packt Publishing https://www.packtpub.com/books
Below are some concepts and excerpts I found interesting since I think it is very important to first understand your limitations and the real definitions of the terms. While creating accessible websites with Joomla!, it is very important to understand the limits of the technology.

How important is a CRM Software Application for your SMB?
How important is your costumer database to you? Indeed you would reply as it is priceless. As we all know, a business that provides costumer service lives and dies on keeping the customers happy and pulling new customers into your business on a regular basis. If you
have to take care of a lot of customers or are constantly searching out new clients, then a CRM Softwareapplication can help you with this. What exactly can the online software do?

With the competition involving companies that engaged in the marketing and providing services, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practices with software became mandatory
for all business organizations. CRM Software systems are particularly modified programs for good customer relationship management; they have the actions for all companies’ procedures like customer tacking, contacting and serving customers. At their introduction, CRM programs are typical packages, with all wanted and unwanted CRM possible uses.
In this modern day, CRM Software is customized according to the needs of the companies. Yes, with CRM solutions, you have many options. Two popular options preferred by most companies are an open-source CRM and On-Demand or Hosted CRM. An Open Source Software is a standard program which can be customized to a company friendly CRM software program. On-demand or Hosted CRM is a web-linked customized CRM solution provided by a centralized CRM provider. Many CRM vendors today offer open source hosted CRM, which combines merits of both approaches.
